The challenge

For the last few years easyJet has partnered with Kantar Millward Brown to provide insights into their consumer satisfaction journey, from booking through to their arrival at their destination.

I was approached to redesign the standard Kantar Millward Brown dashboard, as this did not provide the client the overview that they needed to understand how they were performing at each stage of the journey.
