Kantar Millward Brown had taken the decision to move all of its key products from a monthly report-based system to a series of live dashboards.

This move would give clients improved access to real-time data and allow Kantar Millward Brown staff to focus more on providing valuable insights to clients.

AdNow and DBA (Digital Brand Analytics) were the first two analytics tools to be moved over to this new product model. I was tasked to collaborate with the teams and take all of the current custom reports and create a consistent set of dashboards that were both; easy to update and easy understand for clients.
